Lovely little local Inn beside the village Green in the small village of Beyton. The photos make it look like it is on a main road and it certainly isn't. The room we had was in a sort of stable conversion to the rear, with lots of parking and garden seating outside. The staff were very friendly, its a locals pub really, and the breakfast was excellent.

Situated in a quiet, attractive village close to Bury St Edmunds, the pub has quiet, comfortable rooms in a converted barn. We loved the garden in front of our room where we enjoyed the sunshine. Our dinner in the pub was good and excellent value. It is old school home cooked food. Breakfast was equally good. The beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Lovely comfy room Adjoined to the pub So so handy for walking for a lovely meal Which means a lot as.my husband has reduced mobility And didn't have to use his mobility scooter Which was great Food was fantastic evening meal and breakfast Good value too Staff were exceptional Made us feel welcome immediately Excellent service too

The cooked breakfasts were fantastic! I had the English breakfast the first morning and could not finish it. I had previously informed them that I was gluten intolerant so they provided g/f sausages and bread. The scrambled eggs on toast the next day and the poached eggs on toast the day after were superb.
